Can I travel from Canada to Costa Rica Via the US with a Canadian criminal Record without a Pardon or waiver?
I am wanting to know if it will be possible to travel from Canada to Costa Rica via one transfer in the US at an international airport in Texas without first getting a Waiver? Seeing as I am only transferring airplanes and do not believe I would technically be entering the US….am I right on this and do you reckon I would have any problems with doing so? My criminal record is minor charges from when I was younger and because I was previously denied entry into the US once before I know that a pardon will not work.
