Whichever airline you are flying on- go to their website and look. They all have different fees so we don’t know which one you are one. Some are $0, some are $30. They also have guidelines as to size of bags and maximum number of bags on their websites…
It depends on the airline. I know for Delta Airlines, you are allowed one carry on + one small carry on (purse) and one piece of luggage. But if the luggage is too huge or too heavy, they will change you extra. All airlines have website for luggage guidelines so check before flying!
